An opportunity has arisen in our Corporate Sales team and we are looking for a Corporate Sales Advisor to join us over the busy Christmas period. This fixed term contract will run from mid-September to the 21st December 2025. You will be based at Bettys Bakery where we where we produce a range of speciality breads, cakes, confectionery and quality seasonal products.
As a Corporate Sales Advisor you will be responsible for processing corporate customer orders and ensuring high levels of customer service, processing invoices, using the system to set up new accounts, providing accurate business quotes, chasing payments and providing exceptional service through phone and email.
This is a full-time role working 37.5 hours over 5 days, working in a small team. If you would like to discuss flexible working please provide more details in your application.
About you - ideally we are looking for candidates with the follwoing:
- Previous experience of customer service/sales.
- Experience of working to and achieving targets.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Calm, resilient, and positive communicator.
- Experience of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Experience of learning new systems for the requirement of the role.
- Commercial Acumen
- Good organisational skills
