Senior Revenue Growth Manager

An opportunity has arisen in our Market Planning & Delivery Team, and we are looking for a Senior Revenue Growth Manager to join us at Taylors of Harrogate.

As a Senior Revenue Growth Manager, you will be responsible for shaping and leading revenue growth across all Brands and channels within Taylors through the strategic application of econometrics, data analytics, and commercial insight.

The role identifies and prioritises opportunities for sustainable revenue growth, partnering closely with the UK Commercial and Finance teams to translate insights into actionable strategies.  You will act as the custodian of the commercial strategy frameworks – particularly structured pricing – the role ensures robust, data-led decision-making, alignment with business objectives, and adherence to governance processes that uphold strong commercial discipline and best practice.

This is a full-time role working 37.5 hours over Monday - Friday. Based in Plumpton Park, Harrogate for 2-3 days per week, with hybrid working available. If you would like to discuss flexible working, please provide more details in your application.

About you.

You are a results-driven professional with a proven track record in sales, revenue management, or business operations. You have successfully driven revenue growth through strategic initiatives across all five RGM pillars: price, promotion, terms, mix, and PPA. Highly analytical, you are comfortable working with multiple data sources—including internal systems and external category/competitor insights—to generate compelling commercial recommendations.

You excel at translating financial information into clear, engaging insights for non-financial stakeholders and have the interpersonal skills to influence and drive results across cross-functional teams and senior leadership. You are adept at building and maintaining strong relationships, thinking strategically while executing tactically in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Additionally, you are shopper data literate, with experience leveraging EPOS and Panel data to inform decisions and drive business impact.  Experience of operating within a Structured Pricing framework would be advantageous.
