  • Leading the Bettys Procurement team and ensuring effective connection between procurement, commercial decision-making and wider business priorities.

About you

You will be an accomplished and credible finance leader who combines strong technical expertise with commercial instinct, strategic thinking and the ability to build trusted relationships. You will bring:

  • An appropriate professional accountancy qualification, such as CIMA, ACCA, ACA or CPA, or equivalent demonstrable finance expertise.
  • Significant experience of leading and developing finance teams, ideally within an FMCG, retail or multisite environment.
  • A strong track record of partnering, influencing and constructively challenging senior stakeholders across different disciplines.
  • Excellent commercial awareness and the ability to contribute to strategy beyond the traditional boundaries of Finance.
  • Highly developed analytical skills, with the ability to turn complex information into clear insight for a range of audiences.
  • Experience of evaluating investment, developing business cases and improving business performance.
